Posted on the official North Bergen Police Department page, the post reads “Current weather forecasts are predicting upwards of 24″ of snow and 50mph winds.”
The police department ask residents for their cooperation with the following;
Please stay off the roadways unless absolutely necessary.
Report all power outages
Check in on elderly neighbors
Shovel at a slow pace to avoid injuries and heart attacks.
Do not shovel snow into roadways or on to the property of others.
