34-Story Tower Coming to Jersey City

Published

on

A parking lot in Downtown Jersey City is set to transform into a massive 34-story building, JerseyDigs.com first reported. The project at 107 Morgan Street, recently approved by the city’s Planning Board, will bring 633 apartments, shops, and public spaces to the area.

The development, led by LCOR, will not include affordable housing, as it is not required under current zoning. It will feature a mix of apartments, ground-floor retail, a public plaza, and amenities like a rooftop pool.

Construction has not yet been scheduled.
