“URANUS LOOKS GOOD” Skywriting Stunt Turns Heads Over Hudson River

A skywritten message reading “URANUS LOOKS GOOD” appeared over the Hudson River this week, drawing reactions from residents in both Hudson and Bergen counties. The airborne display promoted Uranus (URANUS), a meme-based cryptocurrency known for its tongue-in-cheek branding.

The smoke-lettered message was visible from parts of New York and New Jersey. One resident shared a photo with HudPost, writing, “Someone feeling bold today. WTHELLY!” Another noted, “These letters were seen over Hudson and Bergen County.”

Uranus is a community-managed token on the Solana blockchain. Initially launched as a joke referencing Elon Musk’s space goals, the project was later revived by an online community after being abandoned by its original developer.

The stunt coincided with renewed attention to the token, which reached an all-time high of approximately $0.729 in late July before stabilizing near $0.45.
