Fort Lee Daily Voice – Robert J. Sciubba, of Leonia, died on Sunday, March 5. He was 72.
Born in Englewood, Sciubba was an administrator for the North Bergen Board of Education. He was also vice principal of North Bergen High School, chairman of its English Department and Title 1 coordinator for the Board of Education.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rosemary (Gadaleta) Sciubba; daughter Marisa Menzel and her husband Jared; grandchildren Madeline and Mia; and brothers Dr. James Sciubba and Dr. Philip Sciubba.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, at the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., in Cliffside Park. The funeral will be from the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Thursday, then to Madonna Church on the Hill, in Fort Lee, for an 11 a.m. funeral mass. Entombment will follow, at Madonna Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Bergen County Animal Shelter, 100 United Lane, Teterboro, NJ 07608.
