According to a statement released by North Bergen Mayor Nicholas J. Sacco, a dump truck descending the steep hill, lost control and crossed into oncoming traffic. The out-of-control vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer, and the force of the crash propelled both vehicles into the Target store.
