Authorities Investigate Crash That Seriously Injured Two Pedestrians in Harrison
Two Kearny men remained hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash in Harrison on Thursday, January 8, 2026, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of two pedestrians struck on Woodland Drive in West Hudson Park at approximately 3:30 p.m. Officers arriving at the scene located two injured males, ages 58 and 48. Both were transported to University Hospital in Newark.
The driver and the vehicle involved remained at the scene, authorities said.
The incident remains under active investigation by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.
