Danny Flores, aka Danny Portillo, formerly of 38th Street, was sentenced Tuesday by Hudson County Superior Court Judge Sheila Venable and will have to serve nearly 13 years behind bars before becoming eligible for parole, Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Leo Hernandez said today.
