Harrison Police Department Promotes Seven to Sergeant, Swears In New Chief

The Harrison Police Department announced the promotion of seven officers to the rank of sergeant and the swearing-in of a new police chief.

Promoted to sergeant were David Burke, Sean Castaneda, Freddy Lecca, James Nichirco, Iker Bermudez, Robert Archibald, and Omar Baldeon.

“Congratulations to all the newly promoted Sergeants on your well-earned promotions,” the department said in a statement. “Your dedication and leadership continue to strengthen the department.”

Chief Titterington was also sworn in. “Wishing Chief Titterington all the best on his swearing-in,” the department said. “Your leadership marks an exciting new chapter, and we look forward to your continued service to the community.”
