On or about August 26, 2019, Amos Duque traveled to Bergen County, then met with and sexually assaulted the victim.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2019, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, with the assistance of detectives from the North Bergen Police Department and the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, executed a search warrant at the home of Amos Duque.

The search revealed that Amos Duque used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 130 digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children.
