North Bergen Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Braddock Park West on Bergenline Avenue

North Bergen held a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday, April 23, to mark the opening of Braddock Park West, a new 135-unit residential development at 8601 Bergenline Ave.

Mayor Nicholas Sacco and Commissioners Hugo Cabrera, Allen Pascual, Claudia Rodriguez, and Anthony Vainieri were joined by Police Chief Robert Farley, Housing Authority Executive Director Julio Marenco, and township officials and residents for the ceremony. The development is owned by Rocio Sanz and Jimmy Sanz.

“Today we celebrated the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the stunning new Braddock Park West,” Sacco said. “This beautiful building offers incredible amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the priceless view. Overlooking the beauty of our County Park with an amazing skyline backdrop, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind location.”

Braddock Park West offers a rooftop lounge with views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, a full fitness center with a dedicated boxing studio, co-working and meeting spaces, garage parking, bike storage, and pet care facilities. The building is located adjacent to Braddock Park on Bergenline Avenue.
