Hoboken Police Department Welcomes Seven New Recruits

The Hoboken Police Department has welcomed seven new officers as it prepares to bolster its ranks. The department announced that Jose Silverio, Kevin Vargas, George Martinez, Autumn Thorpe, Nicholas Rodriguez, Tre Smith, and Jarred Rosso have officially joined the force.

The new officers are scheduled to begin a week of in-service training before attending the police academy, which starts next week. This initial training phase is designed to introduce recruits to departmental protocols and prepare them for the demands of formal academy instruction.
