HudPost publishes legal notices online under New Jersey P.L. 2025, c. 72 (N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 et seq.). Paid notices are reviewed and published within 24 hours of receipt, stay with our current legal notices for at least 7 days, and then remain in a free, searchable public archive for at least one year.

Where we publish. HudPost publishes municipal-wide legal notices for the Hudson County municipalities listed below. If the law requires your notice to be published county-wide or statewide, it must go to a publication that meets the larger audience minimums the law sets for those notices. You are responsible for confirming that publication here satisfies the law, rule, or order that applies to your notice.

Court Rule 1:4-4(b), signed electronically by our publisher and emailed to you when your notice is published. Notarized Affidavit of Publication ($100.00). The line charge does not exceed the rate set by N.J.S.A. 35:2-1. Lines are calculated on the basis of 6 point type in a column 8 picas wide, which we apply as 34 characters per line including spaces, without splitting words. The title counts toward the line total. The final amount is confirmed at checkout.
